These years, in his daily life, he created with the theme of "the way of light can change the appearance of people and things".
Comment of Makoto Terauchi:
"When it is inconvenient of travel, I image the scenery I have seen in the past while looking at the daily scenery. Its impression slowly penetrates into the body, combines with the ordinal scenery in front of us, and becomes a new color and form. For example, an idyllic scene view from the train window overlaps with a soap foam attached to the ground glass in the bathroom. Impressions faded out with the passage of time, have also been vividly revived in repeated daily life. The fragments of memory aroused in this way are necessary for current myself. I regard that if I am in whatever situation, they can become the vitality of looking forward. "
In this solo exhibition, we will depict fragments of his memory randomly and show them as group of works. Please come and see them.
