In the park. I painted the scene of the moment when the birds flew over. I dared to leave the White and Chalk colors used as the base layer to express the shape of the birds blending into the light and the light itself. By confining the momentary events in the space of the painting, I hoped that the viewer would be able to feel the flow of time that is peculiar to this place.
